Join JWI and Base Manhattan for our first ever ladies' challah bake! Just in time for the high holidays, impress your friends and family with your baking skills and learn a delicious and simple vegan recipe. Amazing rebbetzin/social worker/cool mom/Jewish woman Yael Kornfeld Mlotek will teach us how to make challah, the blessings that go with the mitzvah, and modern feminist understandings of the blessing.
Every gal will go home with her own challah ready to be frozen or baked.
