Sarah Raful Whinston has been recruiting, developing, training and cultivating talent her whole life. She currently works primarily for DRG Search as a Search Consultant. She is also a consultant to other organizations in areas such as talent development, performance
evaluation, training, career trajectory and professional development. Before then, Sarah was the first Director of Talent Development at Birthright Israel Foundation, where she created curriculum and training, recruited and retained the very best talent, worked on organizational design and change, and developed institutional culture. Before that, Sarah spent over 20 years in Jewish residential camps, where staff training and creating a positive environment for confidence, education and growth for all campers and staff was one of her top priorities. Sarah lives in Ann Arbor, MI, with her three delicious children and her husband, Rabbi Josh Whinston.
