Sharon Lieblein, CSA, and her business partner, Fern Champion, launched Champion/Lieblein Casting in 2014. Some of their most recent projects include: Charming the Hearts of Men (Liberty House), Pride & Prejudice: Atlanta (Lifetime), For the Love of the Land (Hallmark), Christmas Wishes (Hallmark), Sun Records (CMT), Phoenix Forgotten (Scott Free/Cinelou), Surviving Compton (Lifetime), Dating Game Killer (Discovery ID), Beaches (Lifetime), The Greenhouse (Netflix), and Sigmund and the Sea Monsters (Amazon).

Before starting her own company, Sharon served as vice president, casting and talent development, for Cartoon Network. She also worked for 13 years at Nickelodeon, where she served as vice president of talent & casting and oversaw all live-action casting for shows including iCarly, Big Time Rush, Victorious, Zoey 101 and Drake and Josh. She was instrumental in discovering such talent as Emma Roberts, Lily Collins, Josh Peck, Miranda Cosgrove, Victoria Justice, Ariana Grande, Elizabeth Gillies, Shameik Moore, and Gabriel Iglesias.

Sharon has been an active member of the Casting Society of America (CSA) since 1995 (serving as VP for four years) and a member of the Television Academy since 1999. Additionally, Sharon is chair of the Looking Ahead program of the Actors Fund, serving young performers ages 9 to 18.
