About the Mother's Day Flower Project

Thank you for making the 10th anniversary of JWI's Mother's Day Flower PRoject our most successful yet!

This is about much more than cards and flowers: The Mother’s Day Flower Project is a unique opportunity to illuminate a critical issue. You engage your family and friends in a conversation about domestic abuse each time you give a truly meaningful gift to the special women in your life.

This is also about much more than Mother’s Day: Flower Project proceeds fund a variety of JWI programs that work year-round to comfort and empower victims of abuse, opening doors to a brighter, self-sufficient future.

Your contribution expands resources for abused women: Critical knowledge to protect their safety, navigate the legal system, and locate attorneys who can guide them toward an independent new life.

Your contribution creates JWI children’s libraries: Comforting havens stocked with new books, furniture and learning resources in domestic violence shelters across the U.S.

Your contribution spreads throughout the community, helping JWI convene our international conferences on domestic abuse in the Jewish community; involve thousands of community leaders and practitioners worldwide in our National Alliance to End Domestic Abuse; teach women and girls to value and protect themselves; and advocate for domestic violence prevention and treatment.
