College resume-writing programs and job fairs can help you get prepared.

Challenges: It's been said--and rightly so--that looking for a job is a full-time job. Researching opportunities, filling out applications, writing a resume and going through the interview process...these are not easy tasks. Start early and persevere; it will pay off.
