Challah Bake

Join us to learn how to make delicious Challah bread for the High Holidays and Shabbat. Led by Yael Kornfeld-Mlotek, we will learn how to make vegan dough that will have your guests delighted. Bring home your loaves to be baked or frozen for future use.

Space is limited!

$20 for members, $28 for non-members.

Yael Kornfeld-Mlotek was born in Haifa, raised in Rochester, and now lives in Manhattan. Yael is a Co-Founder of the Base Movement, a home-based pluralistic Jewish community led by a rabbinic couple. Aside from her work with Base, Yael is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Dorot, an organization that works to combat senior isolation and build inter generational bridges. Yael is the proud mother of Hillel and Revaya, and she and her husband Rabbi Avram Mlotek have a third child on the way.
