ReStart Summer 2023: Session 1

Offered June 6, 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. ET and June 8, 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. ET
ReStart is a new JWI program, powered by reacHIRE's AURORA platform, that offers a series of free workshops and support to Jewish survivors of domestic abuse, to help them gain the emotional and professional support needed to embark on their return-to-work journey with confidence.
During Session 1, participants will learn how to set SMART goals and will work with the facilitator to create individualized goals that meets their needs. Each session will end with a mindful meditation.

The Summer 2023 ReStart program will be held for 10 weeks, from June 6th through August 11th 2023, on Zoom.
Each weekly session is offered twice, to give participants extra opportunities to attend. However, there is no requirement or expectation to attend every session: Enrolled participants may attend as many (or as few) of the 10 weekly sessions as they can.
ReStart is intended for Jewish survivors of domestic abuse.
