Join JWI's YWIN DC network for a celebration of the reauthorization of the Violence Against Women Act and a discussion on how advocacy - big and small - can help us continue advancing policy progress for women. We'll be joined by special guests to talk about JWI's work in advocating for VAWA, the impact of advocacy, and how it ties to our Jewish values.

We know advocacy can be intimidating, especially in a place like DC where seemingly everyone has experience in the space. This space is especially for you if you're: interested in advocacy but don’t know where to start, want to learn more about how to have an impact, or just want to find others to advocate with -- and let's be honest -- to make new friends.

In keeping with JWI’s commitment to serving the greater good, vaccines will be required. This program is built for women and non-binary people who identify as Jewish, but people of every religious affiliation, race, culture, gender identity, sexual orientation, and ability are welcome.
