National Alliance Webinar: Breathwork for Advocates

December 2020 Webinar

Breathwork for Advocates

Join JWI’s National Alliance for a trauma-informed breathwork session to help survivor advocates move through and process 2020. Breathwork is an active meditation technique that uses the breath to bypass your thinking brain and drop into the divine intelligence of your emotional body, your nervous system and your spirit. It helps you process and release trauma and suppressed/repressed emotions, connect to your intuition and open your heart. Emily Rasowsky will lead this session.

Free for members / $25 for non-members

All registrants will receive a recording of this webinar offering. Closed captions will be provided during the webinar. A transcript will be sent to all registrants afterwards.

Emily Rasowsky has been teaching yoga, breath and energy work for over a decade. She started her work with healing modalities teaching trauma-sensitive yoga to underserved populations, including people experiencing homelessness, survivors of sexual assault and individuals with PTSD. Over the years she expanded her work to include a variety of modalities including breathwork, Reiki, EFT, crystal healing, acupressure, and meridian energy science with the sole focus of helping people release stuck emotional energy from the body. Her Breathwork sessions emphasize self-healing and the power of connecting to your core energy source.
