Welcome in the month of Shevat and set intentions for your relationships in 2021 with Shalom Bayit and JWI’s Young Women’s Impact Network! As the days begin to grow longer and the sun shines a bit brighter, Shevat brings us the opportunity to plant seeds now so that we can harvest the fruit later. Join us on January 10 for this interactive workshop where we will envision the healthy relationships you want in your life and learn skills for setting boundaries that will allow those relationships to blossom.

Emma Enav, Outreach & Prevention Specialist
Emma brings her experience as an organizer, advocate, and clinician to the work of preventing gender-based violence. Emma received her BA in Psychology at Ithaca College and is working towards her MSW at Smith College School for Social Work. She is a certified trainer on preventing harassment in the Jewish workplace through Ta’amod. Shalom Bayit’s mission is to foster the social change and community response necessary to eradicate domestic violence in the Jewish community. Our goals are to support and advocate on behalf of Jewish battered women and their children; to educate the Jewish community and its leadership about domestic violence; to empower Jewish youth with the knowledge and skills they need to make healthy relationship choices; to organize effective abuse prevention and intervention strategies; and to improve Jewish women’s access to domestic violence services.
