Being a leader requires a constant stream of energy. We are faced with continuous demands from the business, people, personal obligations, travel schedules, and there is constant pressure to be on. We are often focused on helping develop our businesses, but what about sharpening our own toolkit to help be at our best? How does health impact your performance? The model of driving yourself into the ground is not sustainable and certainly not the future of our communities or companies.
In order to be at our best, we need to bring our whole selves to the table.
This workshop will teach us about the connection between how we lead from within and the impact it has on our performance and lives. During this session you will get connected to your vision for health and learn why it is so essential for resonant change and leadership performance. You will leave with more knowledge around nutrition, practical mindfulness, stress management and connected leadership.
