Stress and anxiety are at all-time highs due to the coronavirus pandemic and movements for social change across the United States. JWI 's YWLN in LA invites you to join us, and licensed psychotherapist, Chanel Halimi, M.A., MFT, to gain insight on tools that can help us all get through these trying times. Chanel will specifically discuss the impact of recent events on our relationships and how we can all navigate mental health and emotional triggers at this time.

Chanel Halimi is a licensed therapist with a private practice in Los Angeles. She is passionate about mental health, growth, and wellness. She specializes in working with 20 and 30-year-olds, who struggle with job dissatisfaction, relationships, communication, family conflict, self-esteem, and trauma. Chanel also has expertise in helping others discover and attain career passion and purpose.

Chanel received her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from UCLA and her master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Los Angeles. She completed her training at some of the most prestigious institutions in Los Angeles including the Wright Institute, Airport Marina Counseling Service, and Teen Line Hotline. In addition to her running her private practice, Chanel is a frequent public speaker on mental health.
