Sarah Raful Whinston has been developing and cultivating talent her whole life. Sarah is the first Director of Talent Development at Birthright Israel Foundation, where she recruits and retains the very best talent, works on organizational change, and develops institutional culture. Sarah spent over 15 years in administration at Jewish residential camps and Hillels. She received her Masters in Public Administration from USC and Masters in Jewish Communal Service from HUC-JIR. She lives in Ann Arbor, MI, is married to Rabbi Josh Whinston and is the proud mother of Mollie, 6, Eva, 4, and Ori, 1½.
