D.C.'s Young Women's Impact Network's Ice Skating Social

  • The Wharf Ice Rink 970 Wharf Street Southwest Washington, DC, 20024 United States (map)

Join the D.C. Young Women’s Impact Network for a fun afternoon of ice skating! Take a spin on the ice with a group of amazing women and nonbinary people while learning about upcoming JWI events.

We can’t wait to skate!

In keeping with JWI’s commitment to serving the greater good, COVID-19 vaccines will be required. This program is built for women and non-binary people who identify as Jewish, but people of every religious affiliation, race, culture, gender identity, sexual orientation, and ability are welcome.

FAQs:

What’s JWI? For 125 years, Jewish Women International (JWI) has inspired women to own their power and control their lives. We work to prevent violence and support survivors; to teach financial literacy; and to lift and mentor women leaders.

What’s the Young Women’s Impact Network? The network connects and supports local Jewish women and non-binary people in their 20s and 30s with empowering programs and leadership development.

What kind of programming does JWI put on? Our programs connect young Jewish women and non-binary people together and provide them with opportunities to grow together, thrive independently, and create a lasting impact on the world around them. Many of our programs focus on financial empowerment and personal and professional development.

How can I get more involved? If you are interested in getting more involved,  email Melanie Schaeffer at [email protected] for more information.
