Dalia Caplan began her career in the Jewish non-profit sector in New York, where she learned about the needs of different Jewish communities and the ecosystem of Jewish teen education.

Working in the medical non-profit field and at a Fortune 200 company allowed her to hone her skills and train in the Prosci method of change management. She earned her certification in 2016. Dalia’s key abilities are facilitation, program planning, consulting, and organizational change management. She is thrilled to use these skills as part of the Upstart team.

Dalia loves to read and talk about big ideas with people. When not curled up on her couch with a book (or deep in discussion with her peers), she loves to discover new music, chase around her son, Gabe, and try out new recipes with her husband Dani.
