Someone you know may be experiencing domestic abuse.
Every organization has a role to play in supporting survivors, even if responding to domestic abuse isn't part of your day-to-day work. Trusted community organizations are often among the first places survivors seek support. As part of the Here for You San Diego initiative, this workshop will explore the unique role Jewish communal professionals and leaders play in that network. Participants will gain practical strategies for recognizing warning signs, responding in a trauma-informed way, and connecting survivors with appropriate resources.
Join JWI in partnership with JTF San Diego, JFS San Diego, and Hebrew Free Loan San Diego to discuss how we can work together to strengthen support for survivors. Open to staff of all Jewish organizations.
