Life$avings Bootcamp: Train the Trainer - June 2026

Financial abuse prevents survivors from accessing resources, building credit, and achieving economic independence. Life$avings gives service providers the tools to help clients build financial stability—from developing a healthy relationship with money to repairing credit and managing finances safely.

This training prepares you to run Life$avings workshops for your clients. After completing the training, you'll have access to the complete curriculum in English and Spanish, plus ongoing support from JWI staff.

Two online sessions on Zoom:

Tuesday, June 23 at 1-2:30 PM ET - 1.5 hours
Wednesday, June 24 at 1-2 PM ET - 1 hour

Cost: Free | Open to therapists, case managers, advocates, and service providers working with survivors of domestic violence

Accessibility: Closed captioning available | For ASL interpretation or other accommodations, contact [email protected]

The curriculum includes:

  • Five survivor-centered workshops: Establishing a Healthy Relationship with Money, Managing Your Money, Raising Your Credit Score, Financial Independence and Banking Basics, and Financial Futures

    • Optional sixth workshop for Orthodox Jewish communities

  • A Money Journal for each client with personal reflections, educational content, and activities for parent-child financial conversations

  • Step-by-step facilitator guides

  • Ongoing office hours and support from JWI staff
