For 24 years, Jewish Women International has honored trailblazing Jewish women who are redefining leadership, shaping industries, and strengthening their communities. Women to Watch are bold thinkers and changemakers building a more equitable, compassionate, and empowered future.

This two-day experience brings together leaders and community for connection and inspiration, featuring JWI’s signature conference and a culminating luncheon honoring these extraordinary women and their lasting impact.
