Whether you’re looking to connect with community, embrace a mindful moment, or simply stretch and recharge, this is the perfect way to step into the New Year feeling centered and inspired.
This event reflects JWI’s pillar of Jewish Values. As we prepare for the Jewish New Year, this yoga and reflection event embodies core Jewish values: kavanah (intention) as we set mindful goals for the year ahead, cheshbon hanefesh (self-reflection) in taking time to pause and look inward, shmirat haguf (caring for the body) through movement and breath, and kehillah (community) as we gather in connection and support. Together, we’ll enter the new year grounded, energized, and inspired.
