❄️ Winter Wellness Workshop ❄️
Winter can feel heavy—this evening is about lightening the load. Join YWIN DC for a nourishing night of connection and care as licensed therapists guide us through simple, practical wellbeing tools to support mental health during the winter months. You’ll learn grounding practices you can actually use—no pressure, just presence.
🍲 We’ll be warmed from the inside out with matzah ball soup from Prescription Chicken, because comfort food really is good for the soul. We’ll also slow things down with DIY crafting, giving space to relax, reflect, and connect.

What’s JWI? What kind of programming does JWI put on? Our programs connect young Jewish women together and provide them with opportunities to grow together, thrive independently, and create a lasting impact on the world around them.
