By learning practical self-defense skills in a safe, empowering environment, participants not only gain strategies to escape harmful situations but also affirm their right to safety and dignity—core to JWI’s mission to end gender-based violence.

What kind of programming does JWI put on? Our programs connect young Jewish women together and provide them with opportunities to grow together, thrive independently, and create a lasting impact on the world around them.
