Our Speaker: Yael Moyal
My name is Yael Moyal, and I believe that the dream of home ownership is available to anyone - it just takes planning and expert guidance. I am a San Diego native, SDSU alumni, and have been licensed since 2016. In that time, I have taught real estate school, been a mentor to newly licensed agents, and have had the honor to help many wonderful individuals and families buy and sell homes all over the nation.
My mission is to show my clients the value of creating generational wealth. I simplify the process of buying or selling a home through educating my clients on the home buying or selling process. I offer exceptional communication, helpful guidance, local market updates and statistics, and a concierge-level client experience. My negotiation skills, rapport building, and WIN WIN mindset have won my clients many homes against tough competition. I strive to exceed my client's expectations and maintain that relationship for life, resulting in referrals of their friends and family. I value professionalism, trust, and loyalty. My hobbies include being a local foodie, walking the nearby lake or hiking, enjoying quality time with my family, and anything Disney. Let me help make your dream of home ownership into a reality because dreams really do come true!
