JWI is excited to bring its Young Women's Impact Network (YWIN) to the Pittsburgh Jewish community. 

YWIN builds supportive communities of Jewish women in their 20s and 30s to:

- Grow as leaders in their workplaces with empowering professional development programs.

- Form supportive peer-led communities and develop life-long friendships.       

- Enrich their personal lives with mentorship opportunities, social gatherings, philanthropic initiatives, and so much more.
