The second session of Chicago’s Financial Fitness Cohort: Negotiating Your Way to the Top will be on October 17th.
This session will be led by Ellen Stone, the Executive Vice President of Marketing at Bravo and Oxygen, and Danielle Brosch, a Talent Manager at Jewish Child and Family Service in Chicago. They will cover topics regarding salary negotiation, job transitions, employee benefits, and more!

As Executive Vice President, Marketing, Bravo, Oxygen and Universal Kids, Ellen Stone is responsible for the development and execution of consumer advertising, on and off-air creative, digital/social marketing and licensing/merchandising to ensure consistency across all platforms. Based in New York, Stone reports to Frances Berwick, President, Lifestyle Networks, NBCUniversal Cable Entertainment. Stone most recently expanded her role to oversee marketing responsibilities for Universal Kids. This includes promotional support for season two of “Top Chef Junior,” and “American Ninja Warrior Junior,” as well as DreamWorks Animation content.
In 2013, Stone added Oxygen to her purview where spearheaded the network’s shift to a multiplatform crime destination for women. Stone is responsible for the marketing efforts behind the network’s programming slate including the “Snapped” franchise, “Cold Justice,” and breakout hit event series such as “The Disappearance of Natalee Holloway,” “Dahmer on Dahmer: A Killer Speaks,” and “Aaron Hernandez Uncovered.”
A Bravo veteran, Stone is an integral member of the senior management team and has been instrumental in shaping the network's overall strategy and brand identity. Under her leadership, Bravo has thrived with multi-million dollar campaigns for the network’s franchises such as "The Real Housewives,” “Top Chef” and “Below Deck,” among others. Spearheading Bravo’s licensing and merchandising, Stone is the mastermind behind profitable ventures and brand extensions for “Top Chef” including a one-of-a-kind culinary cruise vacation experience on Celebrity Cruises and a frozen food line with Healthy Choice. She also oversees the network's innovative digital marketing partnerships that have become a signature of Bravo Media, collaborating with Spotify, Uber, Twitter, Periscope, Snapchat and Facebook with groundbreaking network and industry firsts.
