The second session of Chicago’s Financial Fitness Cohort: Negotiating Your Way to the Top will be on October 17th.
This session will be led by Danielle Brosch, a Talent Manager at Jewish Child and Family Service in Chicago. She will cover topics regarding salary negotiation, job transitions, employee benefits, and more!

Danielle Brosch, PHR, SHRM-CP
Danielle is a Human Resources Professional with over 18 years of experience. Her passion is providing exceptional customer service to her clients – managers and staff. She has been with JCFS Chicago since 2010. During her tenure she has taken on numerous roles and is currently the Talent Manager, supporting managers and staff, along with her team, in the areas of benefits, recruiting, compensation, employee relations/labor relations, training and special projects. Prior to JCFS Chicago, Danielle established and oversaw the HR function for an innovative online marketing company; instituting much needed HR systems where none had existed before; as well as with Hyatt Hotels Corporation, working at multiple Chicagoland area hotels and the Corporate Office in benefits, compensation and generalist roles.
Danielle holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN. She is also certified as a Professional in Human Resources within both the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM-CP) and the Human Resources Certification Institute (PHR).
Danielle enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and is an avid runner/cyclist. She is married with two children, Gwyneth and Olivia and a Puggle (dog), Marley. Danielle also enjoys interacting with other HR professionals to share her knowledge and passion for HR.
