Jen is returning for her third year on the YWIN Philly board! She currently works in the corporate professional development space, and is an avid thrifter, a seasoned bread baker, and a lover of a hot girl walk & dinner (AKA a long stroll to get a caesar salad and fries!). Jen lives in the Art Museum neighborhood with her two cats Romy and Vera where she is attempting to master the art of container gardening. She holds an M.Ed in Student Affairs from Iowa State University and a B.A. in Sociology, Religious Studies, and Women & Gender Studies from Case Western Reserve University. Avigail is a Philly native and lives in Washington Square West! Also returning for her second year on the YWIN Philly board, she works as the Associate Director of College Student Network at the Hartman Institute where she is responsible for cultivating and sustaining relationships with alumni and participants. Avigail has been working at Columbia Hillel and in the Jewish non-profit world since graduating from the University of Pittsburgh. Her claim to fame is that she is a member of Lombard Swim Club and loves all water activities. She is that meme of always traveling or sitting on her sofa watching TV.

Working as a Local Delivery Lead for GSK, her role focuses on delivering global oncology clinical trials to the United States. With a background in project management, her excellent organizational skills will serve her well on this year's YWIN Board! Carly is so excited to plan events for the local Jewish community and to meet like-minded Jewish woman around town! In her free time, Carly loves to eat around town, take hot girl walks, weight lift in the gym, and snuggle up to her two cats Monkey and Bug (honorary board members).

She’s so excited to be joining the YWIN Philly board for her first year!
