L.A. YWIN Board Members:
Erin Horwitz is a senior marketing manager at Walker & Dunlop. In her current role, she develops and implements the content marketing strategy for Walker & Dunlop’s affordable housing, small balance and investment management business lines. Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Erin worked at AIPAC, where she strengthened her passion for advocacy and learned firsthand the power each person has to make a difference. Erin graduated from the University of Oregon with degrees in public relations and political science and enjoys cheering for the ducks every chance she gets. Outside of work, Erin can be found reading, exploring new workout studios, or baking challah. She currently serves as president of the JWI Young Women’s Impact Network in Los Angeles and is a member of the governing board of the Oregon Hillel Foundation.
Shir Davidovicz is an established commercial litigator representing businesses and individual clients in both state and federal courts, with a focus on entertainment disputes and complex commercial disputes.
Shir graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a degree in political science. She served on the inaugural board of Berkeley’s Challah for Hunger Chapter and served as Fellow for the Helen Diller Institute for Jewish Law and Israel Studies at the Berkeley School of Law. She received her Juris Doctor from the Georgetown University Law Center. During that time, she was a student advocate for Georgetown Law’s International Women’s Human Rights Clinic, served on the Student Bar Association, and was a member of the Barristers’ Council. Early in her career, she interned with the Legal Office of the Supreme Court and worked on appellate matters at the Department of Veterans’ Affairs.
After moving back to her native Los Angeles in 2022, Shir found community with the Los Angeles chapter of YWIN and has proudly served on the Board for the past several years. In her free time, you can find her watching her beloved Dodgers or Lakers and exploring Israeli and Jewish restaurants in the broader Los Angeles area.
Raizi was born and raised in Oak Park, California and graduated from Chapman University in 2019. She currently works in Fintech and outside of work enjoys spending time with friends and family, trying new restaurants, curling up with a good book or even strolling down the aisles of Trader Joes. She believes that making and building connections in the Jewish community are crucial in today's day and age, and is one of the many reasons why she is proud to be part of the board.
