Lilli is a writer, blogger, and marketing specialist from Worcester, MA, where she began her journey in Jewish leadership as social action chair of her local USY chapter. She graduated Emerson College with a BS in Journalism, rediscovering her joy for Jewish community development as Marketing & Development Associate at the Worcester JCC. This year, moving to Somerville for her new role as Marketing & Communications Coordinator for the Rabb School at Brandeis University, Lilli sought out to make her own personal Jewish community, finding connection at JWI. In her free time, she loves to travel, read, write, collage, and try new food spots around the city.
Danielle grew up in Connecticut, pursued a degree in Psychology at Northeastern University in Boston and a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management at the University of Southern California. Danielle currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition at a Marketing Tech company, and loves building strong connections and meaningful relationships with those around her. She loves building Jewish community wherever she goes and has a deep connection to Israel.
Danielle stumbled upon JWI in early 2025, and quickly developed an interest in becoming a part of this amazing organization. Danielle lives in Rhode Island with her husband Brian, and two mini goldendoodles Reggie and Gus. In her spare time, she loves distance running, spending time with family, and trying new Israeli restaurants.
Susannah is a proud Midwesterner from Rochester, MN. She made her way to the East Coast to attend Connecticut College where she became more deeply engaged with Judaism through her four years on Hillel's executive board and through her religious studies classes. After moving to Boston for work in 2017, she made it her mission to help foster a sense of Jewish community in her new home. In 2022, Susannah received her MBA from Brandeis' Heller School for Social Policy and Management along with a Master’s in Jewish Professional Leadership. Susannah now works in consulting and is honored to serve the Boston chapter of YWIN as a founding member and President.
Sophie is a New England transplant who was born and raised in Rockville, Maryland. She moved to Burlington, Vermont to earn her bachelor’s degree in Public Health, and later moved to Boston to pursue her doctorate in occupational therapy. While in graduate school, Sophie discovered YWIN Boston and quickly built many meaningful connections, helping her shape a new Jewish community in the city. She now works as an occupational therapist at an inpatient rehab hospital north of Boston. Outside of work, Sophie can usually be found wandering the aisles at Trader Joe’s, hiking in the White Mountains, hosting Shabbat dinners, or doing yoga. She is honored to join the board and looks forward to helping grow and strengthen Boston’s young Jewish community.
Sam was born and raised in the suburbs of Boston. She earned a B.S. in Health Sciences and Communication from the University of Hartford and is working on her Master’s in Public Health Education. Her goal is to become a certified health education specialist. Sam’s motto is to ‘make her mess, her message’. Throughout my graduate studies, Sam has been published in Cope Magazine and has been a contributor for a book about chronic illnesses. Judaism is a core value for Sam as most of her life revolved around Jewish Day School, Jewish Summer Camps, BBYO and Hillel. She served on the boards respectively for her BBYO chapter and University of Hartford Hillel. As Tzedek chair with Hillel, she found the intersection between Judaism and public health through all sorts of community outreach. In her free time, Sam enjoys scrapbooking, archery and spending time with her village.
Eli loves three things: the outdoors, her dog, and being Jewish. Outgoing by nature, she strives to build community and is a world champion at Jewish geography! As a Boston native, Eli grew up in the Modern Orthodox community, attending Jewish day schools in the fall and Ramah Rockies in the summer. A Brandeis alumna, Eli lives in Cambridge with her dog, Pebbles (who recently had her "Bark Mitzvah") and works in pharmaceutical marketing. Eli's favorite holiday is Passover, and her favorite restaurant is Dunkin' Donuts. In her free time, you can find her backcountry skiing, crafting, or biking!
Claire is from Amherst, MA and she went to Wellesley College. She has loved being involved in her Jewish community since high school when she started going to USY events. In college she was very involved in Hillel. Since college she has worked in biotechnology at the Broad Institute and Thermo Fisher. Also, she just completed her masters degree in bioinformatics at Northeastern! In her free time she loves running, binging TV shows, and baking. She is so excited to be a part of YWIN and serve on the board as the co-social chair.
Tamara grew up in Northern Virginia and came to the Boston area to earn her Bachelor’s degree at Brandeis University. She now works in grants management and community engagement with a regional education compact. She is looking forward to building a strong Jewish community through JWI and is honored to be joining the Boston board. During her spare time, Tamara can be found enjoying a good book or practicing salsa dancing.
Building community has always been at the center of Natalie's life. Through her work in philanthropy, education, and community engagement, she has helped organizations strengthen their impact and bring people together around shared goals and values.
Natalie currently serves as a Program Associate at the Ruderman Family Foundation, where she supports philanthropic initiatives focused on wellbeing and Jewish community impact.
She lives in the Boston area with her husband, Ben. In her spare time, Natalie enjoys traveling, testing her limits in CrossFit, dancing, and exploring local cafés and bakeries.
